Decipher form

hello dears,

I need to create a form to be filled by the user on decipher at the data verification step rather than using OCR i need the user to fill data, any help how can I call decipher from process to do this?

Hello, Aseel,

well, if you don't need to perform any OCR activity nor see any input form then Decipher is not right solution for you. Have you heard about Interact? That component is meant for so called Human-in-the-loop interaction (which is what you need as far as I understand). Could you use this? That is really nice and easy to use solution which enables you to design web forms where users fill the data and it is being sent to Blue Prism.

Dear thanks for this, i know interact but our plan is to display the form with Arabic Docs that cannot be extracted using OCR so we need to let the user to extract them and then retrieve data to the process, any suggestions to do this with decipher?

Hi, Aseel,

then you design DFD as if you want to extract the data but you will not specify any headers or clues for Decipher to find the fields and that should work. People would then type the values in the fields (or tables) which you defined. Once they hit submit the data can be exported to Blue Prism.

is that at the Data Verification step?
how can I call this decipher form at each loop to the user from the process?

Hi, Aseel,

nope. You need to push your Arabic documents to Decipher as if you want Decipher to extract data. Decipher will try to do whatever it can and then the document will end up in Verification step. There the users will have the ability to fill in correct data. So you have to follow standard path - first push document(s) into Decipher, then users will do the verification step, once they click on submit button you can call get next available batch. You can always send an email to the users that the documents/forms were uploaded (sent) to Decipher and they should expect them to appear in verification step soon.
