Document Type does not appear

I have added a new document type and connected it to an already trained DFD, but it's not showing in data verification and I can't select it. The only option is the first document type i have made. What could be the reason?

Hi Ilinca,

Have you updated your Batch Type to include your new Document Type?

Also, if you need more than 1 Document Type, you'll need to enable classification.

Thank you for the quick response. I did include the new Document Type in the Batch Type and now it works. I am thinking of enabling classification, but when do you recommend doing this? After passing some documents through verification or beforehand?

Hi Ilinca,

Classification can be done at any time, but just be sure to train it.

You can follow the steps here. Just be sure to wait for all your training batches to be "Ready for classification training" before marking the Classification model for training.
