What exactly do you mean by "checking the authentication with Decipher and username/password" ?
I'm currently facing the same issue while loading a batch of documents to verify.

Hi, Mohamed,

are you loading the batches for verification under admin user or another user? If the latter please check that the other user has got sufficient privileges for performing the activities you want to do.
