Single Sign on without App Server

Hi,

1. Is there a way we can configure a Single Sign On without using an Application Server..?
2. If we are not using the in-product functionality of creating a DB for the SSO environment. Is there a SSO specific CreateScript to configure for SSO environment..? I know we do have a CreateScript to configure/create database manually but for SSO is there a different script..?

You can generate a script from the in-product functionality, and then you can run that script without using the in-product functionality.

You could configure SSO without an App Server, but any production grade deployment needs an App Server. If you are currently designing the infrastructure for a production BP environment I would absolutely include App Servers. If you do not have an App Server, you will not be able to use the scheduler to schedule processes.
