Hi mysteriously interconnected BP folks,

After recent updates, a Remote Desktop launched from dsTermServe.exe Pulse Secure Terminal Services Client doesn't register mouse clicks or send keys events (on the surface of the desktop) from Blue Prism - I don't use surface automation, rather, global clicks at coordinates of Windows explorer.exe.

Any ideas?

Background information:
I could never attach to Pulse Secure's launcher applications, and hence, couldn't utilise surface automation.
However, prior to the recent update, I was able to attach to the surface of Windows explorer.exe and send click events at coordinates to full-screen ( Pulse Secure-launched) Remote Desktop. It appears there is now security that prevents BP from clicking anywhere on the surface of the RD. For comparison, I'm able to perform BP clicks on the surface of regular Windows Remote Desktop Connection (mstsc.exe)

------------------------------
Patrick G
RPA Dev
Europe/Warsaw
------------------------------
