To pass the values(name,ID,Gender etc) into editable PDF(Form)

Hello All,

There is a need to pass the values into the editable PDF form. Is it possible to do it in surface automation? or through Excel Macro VBO. We are trying to pass the values to editable PDF form through 2 ways. One is Surface automation and another is through excel Macro VBO code . Kindly suggest the possible ways to paste data into editable PDF form please.

Hi Muthu,

Two options come to mind:
1. If your forms are fairly structured and hardly vary, you can try using Global send keys to enter values.
2. An easier and better option would be to create a word template, fill it in or overwrite as required and then export the file as PDF
