Hi Tejaskumar,

Please can you confirm the steps as follows:

- Batch uploaded to Decipher : Process check returns true
- Batch retrieved for manual verification : Process check returns false
- Batch returned without saving : Process check returns false

I would expect steps 1 & 3 to be true and step 2 to be false. This is because the batch status in the database in step 2 would indicate that the batch is being processed and not awaiting to be processed.

However, if you're indicating that step 3 is saying false, then we would need to investigate further.

Yes, step 3 is returning false when I have the document open in data verification stage and not submitted yet. I just keep it open and run a process check which returns false.

I don't think that's what I meant.

If the batch is not open on your screen and has not been submitted, it should return true. If the batch is open on your screen, it should return false.

If a batch is just open and not submitted it should ideally result False isn't it? Simply because the user has not yet submitted.
Let's take a scenario - If I'm the Decipher Admin and checking through the process and see no batch is pending (At the same time Data Verification person has just opened batch and he may or may not submit batch).
This scenario would give me incorrect information right as an admin?

The sentiment is are there any batches not being handled. If you have it open, you're handling it. You wouldn't want to trigger any action for someone else to try processing it.
