Service Unavailable

when I'm trying to open decipher I got an error "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable"
and the pool stop working

what may cause this error?

Hi, Mohammed,

well, there might be number of reasons. When you try to start Decipher AppPool what happens? Is it automatically stopped? Did you check event log? Does your account under which it runs have appropriate permissions to Decipher database?

I fix it,
the problem was that the decipher server service is not running.
