Resource PC Connection after completing the tasks in Scheduler

Hi Everyone,

We are scheduling the Scheduler to run the process in the morning and afternoon. under this scheduler we have 3 Tasks(login>Main Process>logout) once these tasks completes the scheduler connection is getting lost. Not sure what is the reason for it . But the thing is in the afternoon run we are not seeing the same behavior ? Any one know the reason?

Are you saying this happens every day? It loses connection after the morning run and does not lose the connection after the afternoon run, and it happens repeatedly like this every day?

Assuming you are running a Windows resource, have you looked in the Windows Event logs to see if there are errors occurring? That's often a great place to start with something like this. Have you reviewed your Scheduler configuration to look for differences between the morning and afternoon runs? Also, if you are dropping the connection after the morning logout, what are you doing in order to get the afternoon run to startup; I'm guessing a reboot?

Thanks for your response Christian Mears, Yes we already verified window logs and we modified the configuration,now its working .
