Unable to extract first column details in a table (Invoice pdf)

Hi All,

We are unable to extract first column details in a table exist in invoice pdf. we did train with sufficient number of pdf (~20), Still the same issue for the next batch. Attaching the screenshots for reference.

Any thoughts /suggestions or am I missing something?

Hi Ben,

DFD is pretty basic, refer below screenshot:

But i have tried misc. parameters (MainListColumn=On) thinking that column is considered as different table which didn't work so removed that.

Tried changing the column order since the second column have more rows then the first column but no luck.

making sure the element name in DFD is same as pdf (initially tried with diff names).

Please let me know if any workaround.

Hi Kiran,

There's nothing obvious there, though it's hard to see the image clearly.

I would recommend resetting your training data and adding the misc parameter UTD = true, then trying again.

Otherwise we would need to take a hands on look, so you might need to raise a support ticket.
