Hi All,

I am using Utility+-+HTTP . After using this http I can see that service now API which uses old Http is not working

none of the values are getting populated

The code is throwing the error.

Error : "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized."

Could you provide more information.

When you say servicenow api uses old http, which vbo/web api are you referring to? Is this something you have downloaded from DX or built on your own?

@Hari MR ,

Are you referring to the ServiceNow connectors available on the DX? If so, I'm pretty sure those don't use the Utility - HTTP VBO. They use the WebAPI Service feature of Blue Prism. What you have pictured in the second screenshot is the WebServices - Oauth2 VBO.
