Hi - Refer below from the work queues guide:

• Using the + filter you can ensure only items with a specific tag are returned. For example, by setting the Tag Filter to be "+Work Type1", the next item which has a
"Work Type1" tag will be returned.

• Using the - filter you can ensure only items without a specific tag are returned. For example, by setting the Tag Filter to be "-Work Type1", the next item without a "Work
Type1" tag will be returned.

• You can also use a combination of tags in the Tag Filter parameter, separated by semi-colons. For example, by setting the Tag Filter to be
"+Work Type1;+Customer Type2;-Work Source1" the next item with the "Work Type1" and "Customer Type2" tags and without a "Work Source1" tag will be returned.

Hi Dilshad Khan , If you read the question it says *items may be tagged as "Domestic" "Retail" or "Business"* which itself means its not sure about how other items have been tagged, Question itself has its redemption "may be" which is where its not 100% sure about all the tagging that has been done in the Queue Items.

To only get Items which are either tagged as "Retail" or "Business" you would have to ensure you pick these two and rest will be ignored which makes the first option as correct answer: Configure "Retail; Business" (with a semi colon separated in between as correct syntax)
If you configure only "-Domestic" it will ignore Domestic ones but does not guarantee that only items tagged as "Retail" or "Business" will be retrieved as there could be more tagging.

Mukesh Kumar seems to be indicating that one should Configure "Retail; Business" (with a semi colon separated in between as correct syntax). To only get Items which are either tagged as "Retail" or "Business"

Please note that searching for Retail; Business returns zero results...

even when there are many instances of Retail tags as well as Business tags present.

This is because "Retail; Business" is searching for an item tagged with BOTH a Retail tag AND a Business tag.

https://bpdocs.blueprism.com/bp-7-1/en-us/control-queues.html#Filter states that:

A tag filter can consist of any number of tag searches – each term can be separated by a semi-colon and they are all applied to the search (ie. they are AND'ed terms not OR'ed terms). eg.

Account: Joint; -Balance: Overdrawn; Card: *Visa* : will include any items which match all the terms, ie.:

Every item must have an 'Account: Joint' tag applied.

No item can have a 'Balance: Overdrawn' tag applied.

Every item must have a tag applied which starts with 'Card: ' and then contains the text 'Visa'.

@JD_CPU - Answer should be (-Domestic) as I was too confused with this I went on with other option which probably wont be the case.
