Decipher Server Service Stops Running

Hello everyone,

I'm facing a problem with the service of Decipher where it randomly stops running by itself, I've tried to stop all services and start then manually, but it keeps happening, I've checked the errors log from windows, and I get the error as below:

Exception Info: System.NullReferenceException
at BluePrism.DocumentProcessing.ServerPlugin.ProcessedBatchPlugin+<OnAfterRole>d__5.MoveNext()

There is any way that I could solve this problem?

There are several things which can cause this which would need some dedicated support from our customer support engineers.
