    <description>When running a process from control room ,the process freezes and crashes at a particular process stage.The process goes into warning stage and run-time resource connectivity is lost.There are no blueprism error logs that are generated on the run-time resource but an application log which shows the automate.exe application terminating due to a module kernelbase.dll.Attaching a screenshot of the same.It is important to add that the process was running fine till a few days ago.If anybody has faced the issues, please post the resolution steps that were taken to solve the issue.</description>
