MS Outlook VBO - Error saving attachments

Hi,

I'm using Outlook VBO which is customized to read unread emails from shared mailbox (https://portal.blueprism.com/forums/technical-queries/general/outlook-vbo-multiple-email-boxes)

The process loops through these unread emails, and saves the attachments from the email into a folder on BOT. Everything works fine on my machine but when we moved the code to Dev BOT we started getting error while saving attachment to folder.
ERROR: Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The operation failed.

The BOT is configured with the shared mailbox. Manually we were able to save attachments, but from process we get that error. Have tried some configurations of the shared mailbox but error still exists.

Using the MS Outlook VBO original action Save Attachment. (Have also tried Save Attachments action too)

Any help on this would be appreciated. We need to have the attachments downloaded first.

For the Inputs:

Entry ID- Do you have a good reference to this?
Folder Path- Is this a valid path? Does the bot have write access? Is it a folder available to both your pc and the dev bot?
File Name- Do you have enough detail to specify which file you're trying to save?

If you try "Save Attachments", does that work?
