Runtime Resource getting disconnected

When we execute BP runtime resource, It is getting connected and showing disconnected immediately, Any help would be highly appreciate.

Hi,

I think it's normal behaviour. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's when a GUI is running and it "poll" ever resource to get the current status.

Hi Sai,

Can you please verify the following factors that may contribute to this network connection issue?

Examine the network connectivity between the Application Server and Runtime Resource to ensure no packet drops. (E.g., PING test, TELNET connection test)
Examine the Firewall policies which may be blocking the communication between the Runtime Resource and the Application Server(s).
Examine the status of Blue Prism Server services from the Application Server.
