Regarding reply, as outlook treats each reply as separate item not related to original one, when I will fetch the body of reply, will it have complete mail chain as body, I mean the original email text will also be fetched in body of reply?

------------------------------
Mayank Goyal
------------------------------
Hi, I have an email for which I have outlook event id of message. I have to track all replies to that email and read body of reply and accordingly do further actions. How can I track all replies to a particular email with event ID of first email?

Also is there a way to get event ID of a message when sending first email from blue prism BOT - in both cases when sending email using outlook VBO itself and when sending email with SMTP VBO?

The scenario is Blueprism bot has to send email to few members and then track various reply to that email.

------------------------------
Mayank Goyal
------------------------------
Good morning Mayank

Well the VBO identify each message by the EntryID and is super long "00000000B0D0CFDCF1F0084C9394A0A4D57CB13F0700495B1BEBEF297D48AB87B32B93DAC09A00000000010C0000495B1BEBEF297D48AB87B32B93DAC09A0000D242CFBC0000".

I try to reply to a message I send to myself and I don't see any evidence these messages are related.

Your only way to go is by any information in the body of the message, but if the sender removes any part of the original message that kill this plan.

Only by advise the senders to keep the original body of the message or keep an incident number that you can use to link to a previous message.

I wish you the best.

------------------------------
Luis Lopez
Customer Support Engineer English and Spanish
Blue Prism Ltd
------------------------------
