Hello, Jeferson! It seems you need to clear some space from BluePrism database. Are you using SQL Server Express? It has a 10GB limit to databases.

Try to Archive some old session logs (System >> Archiving) and see if it helps. For a more permanent solution I believe you could implement an archiving policy and, if your company can afford, upgrade your SQL Server

Cheers

------------------------------
Diogo Furlan
Analyst
Grupo NC
America/Sao_Paulo
------------------------------
The session status change to running, but as soon change to status Terminated and stops.

I checked the queue already , I tried to delete the packets, but its is impossible, I get the following message:

Database error - Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.BPAWorkQueueItem'.'Index_BPAWorkQueueItem_queueident_finished' in database 'RPA' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

Please check the attachement.

Someone can help?

Sincerely

------------------------------
Jeferson Romão
Developer
Lyo Solutions
------------------------------
