Spying as List box for Java application is not working AA

I am trying to retrieve information from List Box(Java based application), but unfortunately I am only receiving the following table. Get All Items: Collection Text($9823, > UAT , WMPF $#@## )

Can any one please explain me on why my data in collection is coming as undefined format ?

Try using Java mode by enabling JAB for Java Based Applications.

Its a issue with how the application is build. It is a common issues with java applications , the developer has created table frames in java which when get spied gives unwanted results .

I would recommend a blended approach of using Java spying where possible and using Surface Automation where there are instances like this.
