Decipher 2.1 - Document splitting using barcode method

hi,

we are using decipher 2.1

We have a stack of documents (all are same document type, can be single or multi pagers). We are inserting separator page (patch code sheet) between each document.
Now in decipher,
in VBO - we have set document split mode to 1.
and in admin panel> batch types- we have set document split type as 'Barcode'.
We have selected 'PATCH_CODE' in dropdown and also selected 'delete separator page' and 'perform internal document separation'.

We are getting the following error:
Exception reason: Classification Client: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\svc_blueprism_qa\AppData\Local\Temp\ClassificationClientTempDir\Models\39906811-e6a7-4796-b66e-24cf70684325\classifier.object'

I wanted to know what are we doing wrong, and is this the right way to split the documents automatically?

Hi Siddharth,

Barcodes is not a supported method of classification in Decipher. It was included in the UI for an early version of Decipher, but the feature was not completed due to other priorities.

Sorry for the confusion, it's due to be updated/removed from the UI.

If this feature is needed, please raise it as a suggestion via the Innovate menu at the top of the page.
