      <description>Hi all&lt;BR /&gt;Updated from 1.2 to 2.1&lt;BR /&gt;Sent a package, the server crashes with an error

      <description>Hi Sergei,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried deleting the batch and uploading it again?&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried other documents?&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried reinstalling?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend raising a support ticket if the above isn't working to ensure we can help you get up and running as quickly as possible.
