Utility - File Management - Download File

Hi, I am attempting to use the Download File action in Utility - File Management but keep getting the error: "Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: An exception occurred during a WebClient request.". What does this mean? What am I doing wrong? Thanks

I have never used that action. Looking at it looks very simple - it uses the download file method in the System.Net.WebClient class - it might be worth investigating that class in .NET forums if you get no luck here.

Also, you can get it from the upper menu on this website. Go to: Learning > LMS > On the new page, click on the left menu (the 3 lines that appear on the left upper corner) > Select My Activitites > External Training

@Johan Du Plessis did you ever get a resolution to this? As Denis mentioned, this is a fairly simply action with only 3 lines of code in it. The only thing I can image is that the URL might be wrong or the Digital Worker may not have had access to the location where you wanted to write the file to on the local drive.
