Blue Prism 6.9 Slowness

Hi All,

Is there any accurate reason for Blue Prism 6.9 Version slowness and then all running Process went to pending state. After 6.9 Service restart only the issue getting resolved .Is there any alternate way to overcome this issue ?

hello @KodiSrihari ,

i worked on blue prism version 6.9 for around an year, did not notice such issue. and i believe this is also not an known issue with this version.

how frequently it is happening for you?

there are few support article on pending issue. if resolution mentioned there is not fixing your issue then it is good to raise ticket to blue prism team.

Hi @Neeraj Kumar,

It is happening nearly twice a week, some times it's getting fixed in few minutes with out doing any service restart . And i think it is due to the process migrations from 6.5 to 6.9 and volume of process increment in 6.9 version.
