Unable to invoke BluePrism Process via SOAP API

I am in desperate need for help.
have spent countless hours trying to figure out what is wrong when I invoke a process exposed via SOAP. It does not work either in PostMan or SOAPUI or other tools.
I went through and did "Expose Process" and chose "Document/Literal" option.
I went to the /ws/ URL and obtained the WSDL URL and SOAP Endpoint URI. I used these in a variety of tools with no luck. I used my BluePrism credentials, and also additional credentials I created via the credentials settings. No use.

The error is

Fri Jan 31 00:25:29 PST 2020:INFO:Error getting response for [DistanceCalculatorSoapBinding.DistanceCalculator:Request 1]; org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException: The target server failed to respond

I have tried setting/resetting passwords, use preemptive authentication in SOAPUI etc.

When I try removing credentials, then I get a 401 Unathorized. But as soon as I put the credentials in, I run into this error.

For simplicity I use Chrome & Wizdler. Is the ResourcePC actually running - I've had a couple of 'head on desk' moments when I realised that's why it wasn't working. OK more than a couple.

Can you post the ?wsdl full address and the full address you are referencing from the tools?
