I'm working with an API endpoint that I can upload files to - likely word or pdf. I'm trying to figure out how to do that with the Utility - HTTP object, using HTTP Request w/ Attachment. The attachment data item is set to binary. Do I really need to convert a word document or pdf to binary to send it? The endpoint is for a tool that processes files and uses OCR, so I'm not sure this is the best method. Has anyone tackled this before?

------------------------------
Kara Brooks
Senior Analyst
Seyfarth Shaw LLP
America/Chicago
------------------------------

You don't need to convert anything, you use LoadBinaryFile({Filename}) in calculate stage to load file content.
