Hi All,

As we are trying to open a file in shared drive using ms excel vbo,it's popping up
Someone else is working in "File.xlsx" right now. Please try again later.
while the file is opening in edit mode if done manually. and neither temp file is present nor anyone opened from other end.

I presume this issue is closely associated with the Excel application.
