with the login agent, : The first to know if the robot can activate a windows session? That is to say, if the session is locked, can he set the password, open the session and thus start the process.

Can you tell me how to configure and check if the login agent are working properly?

I've made some configuration and got the half way there.
Maybe i'm forgetting something, but it would be nice to see a configuration from the beginning to the end of how to use the login agent

Hi Pedro

Login Agent uses a Windows service and has a config file at C:\Program Files\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Login Agent. If the config file contains an error (eg a spelling mistake in the Connection Name) then the service won't work. Looking in the Windows event log can be a good way to investigate problems.

If Login Agent is working, then if you open Control Room on another machine you should see the Login Agent machine as 'online' but with different icon. If the machine appears offline, then that suggests Login Agent isn't working properly.
