I'm testing out the "Get Transaction Data" and I wondered what this means and how to get the support?

Internal : The currently installed licence does not support queue transactions</description>

I have no idea what that means.  We only sell two licence types to my knowledge, Enterprise and NHS.  Are you an NHS client?</description>
