    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i have added the valid Blue Prism and Decipher License and Setup Sql Express, Added decipher VBO in BP Automate folder and trying to install the Blue prism components&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To start with i installed with "Licensing service", the installation is completed successfully but the status of the service is still showing "Starting".&lt;/STRONG&gt; What could be the reason for this issue?&lt;/P&gt;
