Error running from control room

Good evening all

we have a process that runs very well from the process studio but when we try to run it from the control room using one of the BOT resource we get this error

ERROR: Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.

Hi Bunmi that doesn't look like an internal BP error and could be a networking or Active Directory issue. I may be wrong, but perhaps you could raise a support ticket to see if the team can help you.

Just to confirm does the Control room BOT logged in Successfully with valid Credentials ?
