Hi,

how to use "key filter" to filter the records while using get next item in work queues. I need to get records named with Report, (eg., Records having names like Report1, Report22, Report23 ). These are already added in queue. Please help me with this.&nbsp;

Hi Ynerella
The same question was posed a while back with key filter in another context, where the answer was that key filter only works with exact matches: <A href="https://portal.blueprism.com/forums/technical-queries/faq-hints-tips/get-exception-items-using-key-filter-wildcard" target="test_blank">https://portal.blueprism.com/forums/technical-queries/faq-hints-tips/get-exception-items-using-key-filter-wildcard</A> .
Alternatively, tag these records with a similar tag&nbsp;and use the tag filter instead in the Get Next Item action of Work Queues.
Good luck.
BR,
Mustafa
