Get Colour of Text - Blue Prism 6.9

We are having an issue with reading the colour of text. We have spy'ed the screen using Region mode and using "Recognize Text" to read the date and get the Font Colour of the Date. The Foreground colour attribute of "Recognize Text" is set to hex "008000"= Green

The issue is that it doesn't recognize text using hex "008000"= Green colour.

The process has been working correctly since it was in production until we upgraded to version 6.9 from 6.5.

Has anybody experienced this before and if so, how did you manage to resolve the problem?

Hi!

You have tried going into the installation folder, entering the properties of automate.exe, entering compatibility mode, changing the high DPI setting, and overriding the high DPI scaling: Application.
