HTML Spy Mode

Hello
Kindly tell me why HTML Spy Mode is not visible in Edge and Chrome browser. When I'm using IE HTML Spy mode is visible but in case of Edge and Chrome browser mode is available. I'm using BP 7.1.1 .

Hello,

This is by design and according to requirements. A dedicated spy mode (Browser Mode) is available in the Application Modeler for interacting with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox using the Blue Prism browser extensions in recent versions of Blue Prism. HTML Spy Mode is only available for IE and MS Edge IE Mode.

You'll probably need to provide more information before anyone can help you with this. My first question would be related to whether or not you are sure you have the right Blue Prism Browser Extension installed in those browsers. IE automation did not use a browser extension, and it worked very differently from modern browser automation.
