      <title>Login Agent not working</title>

      <description>Hi eberybody, we have a problem to make work login agent. The problem here is that we are not working with VDI's, so we're working with physical computers, our computer is working as server and as client. We know that this is not the right way, but we dont have the possibility of having the necessary infrastructure.&lt;BR /&gt;We tested the login agent process&amp;nbsp;step by step but we note that it does not detect when the computer is locked or not and we take away that validation from the process to test that login agent works to unlock the computer, but it returns the next error message (&lt;!--StartFragment --&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="es-mx"&gt;&lt;SPAN size="2" face="Arial" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;"&gt;[‏&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="es"&gt;&lt;SPAN face="Arial" style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;ERROR: Exception : 0x80131505: Se excedió el tiempo de espera de la operación.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;) which means "Operation timeout exceeded".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; I want to know if exist any way to make it work or if this is caused by license type or something else that we haven't seen, someone of you know how?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you in advance for your help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Gilberto Lopez&lt;BR /&gt;Senior Consultant&lt;BR /&gt;Indra&lt;BR /&gt;America/Mexico_City&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>In our cases this message was displayed when the Windows policies haven't been set correctly on the resource machine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You use one physical machine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you access is it also physically or connect remotely?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you use terminal session, in order to log-on to the machine several times at once?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you use quick user profile change? (when only one active user session is possible but you can quickly switch between profiles without logging out)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How could you start Login process when LoginAgent does not work?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Possibly not in your case but we had some issues when running runtime resources on the same machine as the application server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Walter Koller&lt;BR /&gt;Solution Manager&lt;BR /&gt;Erste Group IT International GmbH&lt;BR /&gt;Europe/Vienna&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
