UI Automation Mode freeze

Hi Everyone,

We tried to spy an element using the UI Automation Mode (that is the only was Blue Prism sees it).
Blue Prism was able to highlight it during Spy Mode (so it "saw" the element), but when we Ctrl+clicked it to have its details in the Application Modeller, Blue Prism froze. Could you please let us know what could cause an issue like this?

Same thing happened, when we tried to use the UI Automation Navigator. It was able to highlight it, but when we tried to get it as an element, Blue Prism froze.

Hi,

I suppose there is a memory issue there.
Check out "How do I avoid Out Of Memory issues?": https://portal.blueprism.com/customer-support/support-center#/path/
Even if this is not exactly the case of out of memory, the help above might be greatly helpful.
