Decipher to Blueprism export issue

I am not able to get completed batch in blueprism from decipher.I am doing all this using Admin user.

I am using get next completed batch action to get completed batch .Please help me to solve this issue

Hi Sunil,

The only reasons I can think that would happen is either there was an error after Get Next Batch, when it was the next batch. The action won't work a second time to recall that batch as it has been taken out of the RabbitMQ queue. If this were the case you can still use the Get Document Data action if you retrieve all the respective document ID's.

The other reason might be that you have a lot of batches in the RabbitMQ queue ahead of it and it will take a while to go through all of them to get to your most recent batch.

It's hard to say without more info. But neither of these are correct, please let us know and provide any additional information you think might help.
