It's running fine when we are running this using Control Room (Attended Mode), but not running in unattended mode for the element spied through region mode.       <description>Hi, I don't use the VM. &lt;SPAN&gt;I connect to my Blue Prism through a Remote Desktop, And The elements in the process which are spied through Region Mode are not working in untended mode&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Please, Do you have any recommendations for the elements working in an unattended mode to work properly? And I want to make sure if we have a way for the elements which are spied through Region Mode to running in the unattended mode?       <description>It would be better to use a VM viewer application such as VSphere to login to the VM. The reason for this is that when you login to the VM via Remote Desktop, it may change the resolution to the one that you set in the Remote Desktop configuration which may be different than the default resolution of the VM.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Laila,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The issue you are experiencing is because of the Screen Resolution changes when you close the Remote Desktop Session.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is a bit difficult to explain but you have to imagine your virtual machine (Remote Desktop) has two states.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You are signed IN to the machine through Remote Desktop (The screen resolution match YOUR PC screen resolution)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You are signed OUT of the machine. It has a default screen resolution (Usually a very low resolution to save resources)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This can be resolved by changing the Default Screen Resolution of the machine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may need Administrator Rigths to the machine in order to change it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>How are you running it when doing unattended? Is the machine logged out and you trigger Login Agent to log the machine in and then you run the automation?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you get a specific error?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Typically the only problem I've run into with Remote Desktop is that Blue Prism can no longer automate the UI of the interactive Windows session if you disconnect from the RDP session. Instead, you have to log out of the session and then trigger a separate session to log in without RDP and run the automation.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Could you try determine what is the Screen resolution of the machine when you are signed into the virtual machine using RDP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;and also check what it is when it is running as unattended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is your issue reolved?, Im also facing same issue,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Issue : BOT is running fine from control room in attended mode but if i schedule it or trigger it from another VM via control room its getting faild at the step where the elements are spied in region mode.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My tried ways below&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 1. Default Resolution is 1024 x 768, i tried running the process from control room via RDP login in attended mode by changing resolution to default in RDP display settings, it runs without any issues but fails again if i close the RSP.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 2. I tried to logout and login via login agent to if that works but im getting below errors while running login agent.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; a). LOGOUT code is working fine but LOGIN code getting (refer screenshot 1 : login code error). Server was in Logged out mode.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; b). I guess the Login agent is not running properly in my second server, it goes offline as soon as resource pc is turned off instead of going to Logged out mode like server 1.       <description>Hi &lt;SPAN&gt;Vinothkumar - it looks like you Login Agent is not working properly, maybe due to some config problem. When you run the Logout process what you should see is the Resource PC go offline temporarily and then come back online after around 30s. What should happen is that as Windows logs out, it closes all apps started by the user, and in the background the Login Agent service should recognise that the user is logged out and restart the Resource PC. But if the service isn't running or is not properly configured, then it won't be able to restart the Resource PC. When the machine reboots the service should start the Resource PC automatically.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Assuming you fix that, then the above conversation about resolution and session sis valid. If the 'runtime' resolution differs from the 'design time' resolution, then it's unlikely your surface automation will still work. And if you connect to the machine with RDP, then you will need to run logout/login to restore the Windows session for BP.
