      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As the title suggests I am getting an exception after submitting a batch to Decipher. However, I know that my license limit is not exceeded as I have only processed 149 documents in the last 30 days and I am only trying to process additional 506 documents. The Decipher FAQ page says the license limit is 4000 documents per month which I am not exceeding.       <description>Hi Mohammed,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry for this issue. It could be something to do with your license key or the licensing service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The first thing I would try is restarting the Decipher Licensing service.       <description>Hey Ben,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the reply. So I tried restarting the server and that didn't resolve the issue. I removed my decipher license from Blue Prism and reinstalled it and then restarted the licensing server and that fixed it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Mohammed areeb&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I observed the same error today on Decipher 1.2&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After reinstalling decipher license and restarting the laptop it fixed the error.&lt;/P&gt;
