I personally only handle fresh installations of 4.2 and 5.0. We haven't yet done an upgrade plan for our customers who are on 4.2 yet. So unfortunately can't share an experience with you. Would a version upgrade transfer all processes/objects and run-environment (robots, schedules etc.) with between versions? Are there any risks that should be considered before doing so?
