    <description>Hi Karan,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only instance I have heard of this happening is where the "Get Files" action did not include all the correct file extensions. As a default this should be "*.jpg,*.pdf,*.jpeg,*.bmp,*.png".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is how your action is configured and all your documents fit these formats, I'm sure why that could be.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried uploading the same documents again in a new batch?       <description>Hi Team ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;while pushing documents from RPA to decipher using rabbit mq , its working most of the time but some time in decipher when we look at the batches that got struck i see this error&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Exception reason: There are no files uploaded for this batch.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;what does this error mean and why does this occur.       <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We were pushing jpg/png/pdf files mostly.&amp;nbsp; in one of the batch, we had a document with a language other than English,&amp;nbsp; we were expecting it to get stuck at Decipher as a low confidence batch,&amp;nbsp; (we have set up the configuration for splitting batches at both CV and DV).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;so how do we handle this exception and how to trace back the files. in Decipher&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Exception reason: There are no files uploaded for this batch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Karan Juneja&lt;BR /&gt;Automation Associate&lt;BR /&gt;Standard &amp;amp; Poors&lt;BR /&gt;Asia/Colombo&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
