      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our Runtime Resources keeps "disconnecting" from Blue Prism control center. After remoting in, I noticed that the Blue Prism application itself is crashing. Error details below. Has anyone encountered this before?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>I don't know the reason for MAPIEx causing a crash. However, if you are unable to figure out a solution and really even if you are able to, I'd say abandon MAPIEx altogether by switching to using the MS Outlook Email VBO.
