Upgrade Query

Hi
I recently upgraded from decipher version 1.1 to 1.2 and used the report database to be in the same server.
The settings are all default whatever used in the 1.1.
We noticed that the DFD , document type, users, batch page not reflecting our existing ones.
I can see the ML models in the Capture Model where i can confirm that the batch types ,DFD existing in the database. But unable to see the DFD ,batch types ,users in the admin panel page and the relevant sections.

Can you please let me know is there any setting we are missing out

Its due to unable to switch on the process module settings to on

Hi Sathya,

Does this mean you've resolved the issue?

If not, it is common that after an upgrade the DFD's, etc are not visible. It's just where the browser cache needs refreshing, pressing F5 usually helps.

yes ctrl+F5 helps. the issue is resolved thanks
