RESOLVED: V6.10 and V6.10.1 Chrome Extensions are temporarily unavailable from the Chrome Web Store

For new installations or upgrades to a V6.10 release then the Chrome Extension is temporarily unavailable for download from the Chrome Web Store. We are looking to resolve this unforeseen situation as soon as possible, and will be providing updates on this thread as more information becomes available.

The Edge and Firefox extensions are unaffected by this issue.

If you believe your existing V6.10 or V6.10.1 web automations that use Chrome are being impacted then please contact Blue Prism Customer Support.

If you don't have access to our support portal then please email support@blueprism.com
You'll then be provided access to the files and instructions will be provided.

I'm still not seeing the 6.10 version. Or am I missing something? The 6.10.1 version specifically states that BP 6.10.1 is required.

Thank you. I was able to download and install it this morning. The reason this was critical for us is that it appears that Adobe Acrobat keeps trying to install an extension in to Chrome and when it does it removes the Blue Prism extension which as you might guess, is extremely rude.
