    <description>Good day all.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are curious if there are any customers who have implemented a tool to record the screen session on a runtime machine.&amp;nbsp; We are using AA mode for one of our SaaS web applications and are experience sporadic issues with BP not finding a web page element.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It is sporadic and does not occur on with our non-prod environments.&amp;nbsp; We'd like to be able to play back the recording for troubleshooting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are using Firefox with the BP extension.&amp;nbsp;We run our BP runtime machines on VMWare, Windows Server 2016.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rick&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Senior Solutions Architect&lt;BR /&gt;Kforce&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
