    <description>Yes, I have verified and i have given correct Blue Prism database name. I followed the help troubleshoot link and tried all of those things but still no luck. Any further help would be appreciated. Actually I have 2 server showing in MS SQL Studio where my BluePrism database is on my local server(ADMIN SQL server) while DecipherServerDb database is under another server named as SQLExpress.       <description>&lt;STRONG&gt;Hi All,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I am setting up Decipher. All component and files are installed. But Decipher Server service is not running in "services.msc". When I right click and start the Decipher Server service it throws following error.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;

      <description>Hello, The problem is solved. Actually my BluePrism server was protected by SQL Authentication and hence Decipher was not able to fetch license. Now i created a new BluePrism database and it is working now.       <description>That certainly helps.&amp;nbsp; What's odd is I've confirmed the database is correct, that I can ping the sql server but still no luck.&amp;nbsp; One gap I did notice was that the Rabbit MQ service is not installed so I'm not able to restart that service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Shane Achterberg&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
