      <description>Hey there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried a lot at that time to make it work without reinstall but only reinstall solved problem in my case. However technical person can surely tell you if this can be resolved without uninstall.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just out of curiosity, Is there any specific reason you can't uninstall? Because reinstall won't remove any of your data files, database, DFD or anything else. Speaking with a colleague we are going to try a repair on each component, one at a time and test while going.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the above. &lt;P&gt;Did anyone find the solution for this problem?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was able to extract the completed batch data till last week. All of a sudden I am now unable to extract the completed batch data. I also notice that I can't see the all the batches which were created so far under all the sections in the report tab except Accuracy and Automation section. Rabbitmq queue also doesn't have the batch details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am using the default Admin credentials hence export permissions are already enabled by default.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Just to be clear, you can submit documents to Decipher, verify and submit them, but then you do not see them in RMQ. Is that correct?.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It so, it sounds like an issue with the Decipher plug-in. I've seen this happen several times and the solution was to reinstall the plug-in.&lt;/P&gt;
