SAP Ariba Spying issue

Members,

We are facing one strange issue with Blue Prism Spying. We are automating one of the Ariba application process and we were able to spy the elements perfectly without any issues but when we trigger the object studio to "Read, Write , Navigate" the flow nothing is happening. But from the application modeler highlighting is working fine.

Version BP . 6.6
Spy Mode : HTML element

Any help would be appreciated.

OK... Update on this issue. We were able to achieve 90% of what wanted to using Active Accessibility + UIA automation. Also remaining 10% has been automated with help of Image Automations. But automation was very very slow with active accessibility irrespective of whether we use Match Reverse / Match Index properties. For some reason, compared to earlier version of BP this latest version of BP have slower AA & UIA Spying.

Hello, just wanted to check with you. Prior to spying, did you have to enable anything in Ariba? Im trying to spy objects but I can only use Web Element. I'm not able to use AA or UIA.
