Unable to Class - Verify

After installation of Decipher 2.1, Class verification is not working. Even for multiple Document types it shows 100
% and not able to change that.
Please check attached screenshot.

Hi Kavita,

I assume this was working perfectly until you upgraded?
Are you using the exact document that was working in the previous version?
There isn't a lot of text information on that document, how different are the other samples?
How many documents did you use for training?

This is new project which I started in 2.1 but on 1.1 we checked it was working. Other documents have lot of text and very different.
I tried with 200 documents but still same issue.

There's no obvious reason this should be happening, but it's difficult to assess via this channel.

Please raise a support ticket so we can look into it more closely.
