Decipher 2.1 error : Unexpected server error. Error code: -1000

I've setup of Decipher 2.1 and it was working fine.

From last couple of days I'm noticing below error. If I restart computer then it gets resolved and Decipher works fine but after few hrs again when I login this error appears.

All 4 Decipher services and rabbit service is in running state so not sure what is causing this error.

There is no change in infra and versions and no updates made.

Only way to get past this error is to restart machine so looking for a solution.

Hi, Tejaskumar,

well, the only thing which you did not mention was - the log content and event log information. Can you check what message(s) is there?

Hey Tejaskumar,

We encountered a similar problem and narrowed it down to IIS issue. The Decipher web SDK and IIS communication often gets corrupted and also there was a storage size issue. to resolve this we made sure that the C drive is atleast 25GB free and the decipher services are started on the right sequence, Then finally restart the IIS server at the server level. Once this was done we did not have any issues. Its been about 48hrs without interruptions.

We have recently encountered a similar error and we observed that error would occur when the CPU utilization goes high.
