Decipher Server Service Not Running

Hi ,
Post installing decipher server, i am unable to start the server service as it starts and stop automatically. I tried the troubleshooting steps but it didn't work.

Can you suggest on how to get detailed logs on what the exact error could be?

Hi Sandeep,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

If you're installing it on your local computer it could be that the wi-fi network is set to Public, double check this and update it to Private. This one caught me out recently!

Failing that, I would recommend raising a support ticket and our customer support team will be more than happy to help out.

Hi Ben,

Thanks for your response. The issue was with the log on user for server service. I selected windows authentication and the server service was runninv with log on user as system, however windows authentication was set up for a different user.

Once i changed the log on user , service worked fine.
